Hi, and welcome to Sprouts online.

We are a small company based in Nottingham who provide drama for children between the ages of 4 and 8 through exciting after school classes during term time, Awesome Adventures at children’s parties, and fun holiday workshops when school is out. We also run our Sprouting Up sessions for 8-11 year olds.

Our ideals

The power of imagination can create infinite possibilities, and we use this ideal within our games and exercises as an aid to personal development. In a world where children seem to be increasingly under pressure to grow up quickly, we try to provide both a relief and a solution. At Sprouts we love to play, and at the centre of all our activities is an emphasis on fun and freedom, but within the exercises lie useful skills that children can build on and take into other areas of their life; in the classroom, in the playground and in new social situations.

The ‘What if…?’

‘What if…?’ is a great question to ask, so every term at Sprouts we will be asking a different, ‘What if…?’ that will provide a termly focus to our classes. Which means in an hour after school your child could go on amazing journeys to pretty much anywhere! TERM DATES 2010/2011

Classes will run weekly between these dates, with no class during half term, or on May Day bank Holiday (Mon 2nd May).

• AUTUMN – 12th September – 9th December (half term 24th – 28th October)
• SPRING – 9th January – 24thMarch (half term 13th – 17th February)
• SUMMER – 23rd April – 16th July (half term 4th – 8th June, May 7th – Bank Holiday Monday)
