Hi, and welcome to Sprouts online.

We are a company based in Nottingham who provide drama for children between the ages of 4 and 13 through exciting and inspiring after school classes during term time, Awesome Adventures at children’s parties, and fun holiday workshops when school is out. Our classes are split into age groups of 4-7, 8-11 and 11-13, each group giving your child a new set of creative challenges!

Our ideals

The power of imagination can create infinite possibilities, and we use this ideal within our games and exercises as an aid to personal development. In a world where children seem to be increasingly under pressure to grow up quickly, we try to provide both a relief and a solution. At Sprouts we love to play, and at the centre of all our activities is an emphasis on fun and freedom, but within the exercises lie useful skills that children can build on and take into other areas of their life; in the classroom, in the playground and in new social situations. Our focus is on the process, rather than the product, and as they progress through the classes, we look to help them become independent actors; able to think and create their own work, as well as understanding how to look at scripts to bring them to life in their own unique ways.

For more information on our drama classes or parties please get in touch; all our details are on the contact page.

For activities out of term time, see our ‘holidays’ page.
